We met Garrett Nahas of GRN Enterprises through our realtor when we were house hunting. We asked Garrett to attend our inspection… he did. We asked him if he could start our renovation as soon as we got our new house keys… he was there. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable during the project from demolition to project completion. He was sensitive to the emotions that go along with a renovation and helped to provide that necessary comfort level. When we had questions, he was there to answer them. Like many couples with grown children, we decided to downsize about 3 years ago. We found an ideal home but it needed substantial updating and remodeling. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Garrett Nahas by our realtor – what a find! He not only executed a complete kitchen remodel including updating our electric circuits, designing and installing custom cabinets, tiling, granite work surfaces and the installation of new appliances but also redesigned lighting throughout the house. He also assembled and installed major cabinets and shelving (the house had none before apart from the kitchen) including innovative additional mezzanine storage in the garage. He was meticulous, smart (enough to point out good options that weren’t obvious to us) and very pleasant to work with. And he was always on time and on budget. We recommend him without reservation – and nearly two years after the work was completed, everything still looks as good as it did the day he finished.

Overall, best experience we’ve had with contractors on home projects. Appreciated the level of detail put into the original proposal and doing everything the right way (eg. Pulling permit, up to code, etc.). It gave us confidence from the start. The fact you started when you did and all of the folks you brought to the house were top notch. The quality of work – excellent. Stain on cabinets were a miss, but you took care of those ASAP without question, so we were very happy with end results. Again, really appreciated focus to get us back in bathroom over Christmas.

Again.. Awesome work. In future, would definitely use you again and/or be a reference.

I wanted to take the opportunity to say that it was a complete joy to have Trent, Carlos and Francisco help us get our house ready for sale. While you all are very skilled at sheetrock, tape and texture, painting, tile work and all kinds of repair I especially appreciated your kind and cheerful manner and your fastidious work. Trent was the best at keeping us informed of every step. He was also very conscientious about doing a great job with minimal disruption. He’s a collaborator for sure and just a terrific guy. Carlos and Francisco are especially talented painters and “rockers”. They worked hard and fast and always had a smile for us.
